Employment Agreement or M1/M2 Form

Confirmation of Salary (there is no need if the client received the salary through ProCredit in the last 6 months)

PP53 Form (Receipt Declaration from PRO) for the last 2 months (only for employees in private company)

Preliminary Purchase and Sale Agreement (notarized)

Title Deed or  preliminary registration sheet for the property subjected to purchase and sale

Personal ID card from the property seller (in case of natural person) or current standing (in case of legal entity)

Excerpt from the Registry of Marriage or Birth Certificate (for not marries persons, not older than 6 months)
